By accessing or using the MSK Guestbook guest portal ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to guests and registered users of the portal.
The Platform enables you to: complete digital check-in and check-out; view your reservation, handbook, and invoice; communicate with property staff; and manage your guest profile. The Platform acts as a technology layer on behalf of the property you are staying at.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; to transmit malware or interfere with systems; to impersonate another person; to scrape or extract data in bulk; or to submit false reservation or identity information.
All content, branding, and technology within the Platform is owned by or licensed to MSK Guestbook Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSK Guestbook Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
