MSK Guestbook Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the MSK Guestbook guest portal and related services. This notice explains how we process personal information when you use our platform. It should be read alongside the privacy notice of the property you are staying at, who is the data controller for your reservation.
We may collect: full name, email address, phone number, passport or identity document details (for check-in verification), reservation and booking information, device and browser information, and communication preferences.
We use your information to: provide and operate the guest portal; facilitate check-in and check-out; deliver the guest handbook, messaging, and invoice features; verify your identity where required; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations.
We retain reservation and check-in data for up to 7 years to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Identity verification data is deleted within 30 days of your check-out unless longer retention is required by law.
Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccuracies; request erasure; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
